Discovering What Led to Drug Use

Being up one day and down the next can swiftly turn into a downward spiral that leads to rock bottom. On the Overcoming Ups & Downs in Life course, the student learns the factors that cause someone to “roller coaster,” emotionally and physically. Establishes patterns to improve well-being and learn to spot these factors so the student can avoid them or discard them from his life. This is what Bijay had to say about this step of the program:

Reviewing my past I see that I was lead to take drugs by the bad or anti-social people. I learnt that about our society and the people living in it. Now by analyzing their characteristics and associating with social people will help me from the bad influences.
